Highlight your take-off/measuring quantity cells in your estimating or proposal spreadsheet
Click one of the Takeoff action buttons in your estimating or proposal spreadsheet tool bar for Running Feet LF, Area SF, Feet LF, or each for counting
Chose your electronic plan or plans (not shown)
Set your scale whether full size scale or reduced scale (not shown)
Measure by clicking on the drawing plan & click OK >> the quantity takeoff is transfered back into your Excel® spreadsheet
